Dine Out Boston Featuring Clink.

Here at the Liberty Hotel, we don’t just pride ourselves on some of the most well-situated, elegant, and historically unique accommodations in Boston: We’re also proud to offer some truly first-rate dining in the City on the Hill.

It’s never a bad time to explore our fantastic suite of restaurants, bars, and lounges, which offer eclectic dishes and sturdy libations in tastefully restored nooks of the old Charles Street Jail. Right now, though, is an especially great time to swing by CLINK.: It’s among the restaurants featured during Dine Out Boston, the second week of which runs August 13 through 18!

Eating Your Way Through Boston

Dine Out Boston (which used to be called Restaurant Week Boston) has been putting the exceptional and varied flavors of the Massachusetts capital on a great collective platter for local and visiting gourmets alike since 2001. It’s a pretty irresistible setup: Participating restaurants offer special prix fixe lunch and dinner menus at one of three set prices, all of which shake out as genuine steals of a deal.

Dine Out Boston goes down twice a year: in March and in August. You don’t need a ticket or any other special admission to join the epicurean goodness of Dine Out Boston: Simply take a gander at the establishments involved and go hit up as many as you can!

Dine Out Boston at CLINK.: The Menus

The CLINK. kitchen, overseen by Executive Chef Anthony Dawodu, couldn’t be more excited to take part in this year’s summertime edition of Dine Out Boston. One of our flagship Liberty Hotel restaurants, CLINK. serves up a menu heavily informed by the land-and-sea bounty of Boston’s foodshed: the best in North Atlantic seafood, the most flavorful of heirloom produce and heritage meats, and a whole lot of New England cookery spotlighted among the dishes.

For Dine Out Boston, CLINK. is offering a three-course lunch for a mere $25. Kick off with Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho or the restaurant’s trademark Caesar Salad, then savor one of the featured entrees: the Chicken Salad (accented with a delectable Celery Mayo Apple Slaw), Tomato Mozzarella Sandwich (a Basil-Fried Onion Pesto part of the proceedings), or Seared Salmon Sandwich (featuring toothsome Wakame and Togarichi Aioli). And nothing like following up such homerun cuisine with some fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies, right?

Our special Dine Out Boston three-course dinner menu, meanwhile—yours to tuck into for $38—adds Octobus Croquette to the lunchtime appetizer round. It won’t be easy choosing among the main-course options, which include Roasted Cod, Bucatini, and Bulgogi Beef Shortrib. Dessert? To die for: either Pineapple Tart with Chili-Raisin Sauce and (of course) ice cream or Babingka teamed with Cherry Ice Cream and Malt Crumble.
