Indulge in a taste of Ireland this St. Patrick’s Day at Liberty Hotel! Join us on Thursday, March 14th for a special four-course dinner crafted by Executive Chef Daniel Kenney. Savor each course paired perfectly with Irish beers and liquors, starting with a Jameson and Ginger reception at 6:30PM. From Ginger Seared Yellow Fin Tuna to 12 Hour Stout Braised Short rib of Beef “Irish Stew,” each dish promises a delightful Irish twist.
