Brunch Highlight No. 1: Cinnamon & Vanilla Scented Brioche French Toast
From Belgian waffles to buttermilk pancakes, there’s a whole lot to get excited about at the CLINK. brunch, but more than a few diners and Liberty guests swear by the restaurant’s Cinnamon & Vanilla Scented Brioche French Toast. Brunch will definitely become the highlight of your day when this magnificent platter is part of it. Our elegant version of French toast comes enhanced with apple pear butter and Vermont-sourced maple syrup.
Brunch Highlight No. 2: Brunch All Natural Burger
CLINK.’s Brunch All Natural Burger isn’t your average patty: It’s a signature “Liberty Blend” offering from Pat LaFrieda, lavishly dressed with Middlebury Blue Cheese, crispy-to-perfection bacon, and a sunny side up egg and tucked within a griddled brioche bun. On the side? Truffle Parmesan Fries, but of course…
Brunch Highlight No. 3: The Build-Your-Own Bloody Mary Bar
Yes, you read that right: Brunch at CLINK. features a hands-on laboratory of sorts for concocting your very own customized Bloody Mary. The arsenal of ingredients includes more than 30 varieties of hot sauce, a range of artisan salts, tomato/clamato juice, and a whole assortment of toppings, from cheese cubes to olives. Not only that, you’ll also be able to avail yourself of our house-made Bloody Mary mix: ingeniously crafted by the Liberty’s own head bartender, who remains the only person aware of its “secret ingredient.”
Lunch Highlight: Free Range Chicken Paillard
This entrée’s as elegant as it is delectable. The top-quality poultry comes enhanced with pistachio, arugula, caciocavallo cheese, and balsamic-glazed roasted beets for an utterly scrumptious lunch worthy of the Old World cookery that inspires it.
Dinner Highlight: Monkfish Osso Bucco
Given Boston’s maritime credentials, it’s little surprise you’ll find such fine seafood populating the CLINK. menu. And the Monkfish Osso Bucco definitely warrants attention, delivered as it is in a sumptuous veal broth primed with root vegetables and fregola.
Dessert Highlight: Blood Orange Crème Brûlée
You’ve got many decadent delights to choose from for following up an epic meal at CLINK., but this is one of our stone-cold favorites: exquisitely rendered crème brûlée made with hazelnut white chocolate gianduja and blood-orange sorbet. (On reflection, this one’s a particularly unfair dish to talk about when it isn’t sitting there, freshly torched, on your plate. Oh well!)
Bar Menu Highlight: Mozzarella Burrata Flatbread
CLINK. doesn’t skimp in the slightest on its bar menu, which ensures you have some truly high-end eats to go along with your fancy cocktail, pint, or glass of wine. Consider, if you will, the flatbread accompanied by mozzarella burrata cheese, roasted hot house tomatoes, garlic confit pesto, and shaved parmesan—not your average bar snack.
