6. CLINK your Irish spirits together when you celebrate Saint Patrick’s Day at the Liberty Hotel on March 14. A tasty four-course dinner will ensure your festivities last all day: Think braised short rib or beef Irish stew with local root vegetables and Roquefort pudding, served with a pint of Guinness.

7. Saint Patrick’s Day 5K Road Race – Break a sweat this year with a 5k race. During the 3.1 mile-long race, participants will also raise money for the South Boston Boys & Girls Club.
