Chef Daniel Kenney’s celebration of East Coast ingredients is dressed up in its holiday finest for the event, with lots of luxe touches that will make this Christmas dinner one that you and your family will never forget.
To start out your meal, choose from decadent options like our petite baked stuffed lobster served with scallops, herbs and brioche, or fresh East Coast oysters with housemade cider mignonette and horseradish cocktail sauce.
Mains include our perfectly-cooked salmon with celery root and green apple puree, rainbow carrots, and an apple cider-sorghum reduction. Or, if you’re in the mood for something special, try the Long Island duck breast with Braeburn apples, potatoes, and ginger honey.
For a bit of seasonal glamour, we’re also serving organic American sturgeon caviar with potato-fennel blini and chive crema, as well as a purebred wagyu beef ribeye with potatoes, brussels sprouts, foie gras jus, and shaved winter truffle.
Everything on the menu pairs perfectly with our extensive wine list, featuring an expertly curated selection of bottles that will complement the rich seasonal flavors of our menu. A full bar is also available if you want to close out a perfect Christmas dinner with a nightcap.
